Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Perishable goods.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

To initiate a return, please email us at uniquegiftshop288@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Replacement/Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• A parcel opening video (continuous, without cuts) is required for claims.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
