Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Personalized or customized products may take 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹500 within India.

Orders below ₹500: A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry additional COD handling charges, if applicable (displayed at checkout).

We partner with trusted courier services like Amazon, Delhivery, Xpressbees, BlueDart, and India Post for safe & timely delivery.

Remote/Pincode Restricted Areas: Delivery time may be longer depending on courier service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier details.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
Undeliverable Packages / Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please share a parcel opening video (without cuts) and send it to us on what’s app: +91 7505406064 or via uniquegiftshop288@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a replacement/refund as applicable.
